A&J Mucklow Group PLC, Three Storey Office Block

A & J Mucklow were formed in the early 1930’s.  The main core of their business now being Property Development in the Commercial and Industrial Markets, in and around the Midlands area.

Following a competitive tender process, A & H Construction were awarded the Contract to Design & Build this three storey commercial building. 

Works commenced with a general site clearance and the demolition of a redundant and substantial office complex.  A steel frame was erected along with internal blockwork and face brickwork, aluminium windows, doors and entrance canopy, curtain walling to the front elevation and a pitched tiled roof.  Internal finishes consisted of stud partitions with plaster finishes, suspended and plasterboard ceilings, kitchen installations, toilets and ancillary accommodation to the office areas.

The development includes all hard and soft landscaping with estate road infrastructure, car parking and all associated drainage and external services.
