Richardsons Capital LLP, Head Office Building

Formed over sixty years ago, Richardsons is a family owned and managed business.  Their interests are primarily focused on three main core activities, Real Estate Development, Real Estate Investment and Business Investment.

Through expansion and diversification, Richardsons outgrew their existing offices and subsequently approached A & H Construction to construct their new prestigious Head Office building.  The 610 square metre traditional load-bearing brickwork structure incorporates a precast concrete first floor, roof trusses and tiles.

Constructed on a tight site and situated on a very busy main road, appropriate steps were taken to limit the risk of dirt and debris on the road which may have presented a nuisance to the constant flow of passing traffic. 

The property includes a reception area with glass atrium, flexible office accommodation and meeting rooms.

Due to the stature of Richardsons within their market and their high level clientele, the internal finishes were delivered to the highest quality and standard.

The project was completed on programme and within budget.
