Sharps Dolphin, Office Block, Training Centre & Warehouse Building

Sharps Dolphin are one of the premier designers of fitted furniture in the UK.  Due to continual expansion it became necessary to build a new Office Block, Training Centre and Warehouse development in the Midlands area.  A & H Construction were employed by our Client to design and construct this contemporary building, specifically for Sharps Dolphin.

The development had a gross internal floor area of 9,200 square feet and consisted of a steel framed building including internal blockwork and facing brickwork, microrib cladding and brise soleil above the powder coated aluminium windows and doors.  The roof consisted of a twin skin built up of a natural curved system, comprising of profiled top sheet panels, liner tray, insulation and spacer bars.

The fit-out works comprised of all internal fixtures, fittings and decorations, mechanical and electrical installations, kitchen installations and toilets and ancillary accommodation to the office areas.
