St Modwen, Two Storey Regional Headquarter Building

A & H Construction have built most of the Commercial and Industrial buildings on Coombswood Business Park in Halesowen for Property Developer St Modwen Developments Limited.

After a successful tender bid we won the Contract for this prestigious two storey office building which was specifically designed and built to become the Regional Headquarters for Redrow Homes.

The building consists of a steel framework with internal blockwork and high quality feature brickwork, powder coated sectional aluminium windows and doors and a pitched tiled roof.

The internal finishes consisted of metal stud partitions with plaster finishes, suspended ceilings, kitchen installations, toilets, ancillary accommodation to the office areas and mechanical and electrical services.

Externally, we carried out all associated paving, car parking and landscape works.
