Old Hill Primary Care Centre, Primary Care Centre

Being located on a confined town centre site with a busy main road and fire station adjacent, works commenced with the demolition of the existing clinic and the removal of associated outbuildings and basement boiler room.

Construction work carried out provided a new two storey, steel framed, brickwork, traditionally roofed Primary Health Care Centre with a separate Pharmacy to provide healthcare to the local area.  The building is inclusive of four Surgeries and Minor Surgery Procedure Rooms.

The project included associated landscaped car parking and external services.
