Arrow Valley 2, Distribution Warehouse

Arrow Valley 2 is an 80,000 square foot Distribution Warehouse with an integral three storey air conditioned Office Complex.

The building foundations comprised of concrete pads under steel columns and concrete strip footings under walls.  Reinforced concrete slab formed the ground floor with precast concrete to the upper floors and stairs.

Internally, the blockwork walls were finished with dry lining and metal stud plasterboard partitions.  The ceiling was of mineral fibre in aluminium suspension grid supported by the roof and first floor. 

Insulated profiled steel composite cladding panels formed the external walls with powder coated aluminium double glazed windows and doors to the Warehouse.

The roof consisted of insulated profiled steel composite roofing panels with ‘mansafe’ rooflights.

The Warehouse had fifteen dock levellers leading to concrete service yards, car parking and hard and soft landscaping.
