Project Overview

• 30,000 sqft extension to an existing unused warehouse unit to form the new headquarters for Reynaers Aluminium. • The existing warehouse unit comprised 53,000 sqft of warehouse space and 5,700 sqft of integral first floor office. • The extension to the warehouse unit comprised of 23,500 sqft of warehouse space and 5,500 sqft of integral first floor office. • The existing offices were refurbished along with the fit-out of the new office space to provide bespoke offices for Reynaers Aluminium. • Replacement cladding to two elevations of the existing warehouse unit. • Extensive demolition including the infill of the existing ramped service yard to the dock levellers. • Realignment of the car park and extension of the service yard.
