Following a competitive single stage tender process we were successfully awarded the Design & Build Contract to construct three new Industrial Units, all inclusive of internal two-storey Office Complex  and  Mezzanine  Floor;  with  a  total  area  of  120,000 sqft.

The works comprised the erection of three steel portal-framed buildings each on concrete pads and strip foundations.  The external envelopes were constructed from a mixture of brickwork and blockwork, profiled metal sheet cladding and aluminium framed curtain walling.

Internally, the offices consisted of stud partitions with plaster finish, demountable partition systems, suspended and plasterboard ceilings, kitchen installations, toilets and ancillary accommodation to the office areas.  The project included the installation of all internal mechanical and electrical services, including electrical distribution, heating and ventilation plant/equipment, lighting, security, fire protection and lift installation.

Externally, the works were completed with the installation of all necessary services and connections, retaining walls, roadways, pavements, car parking, foul and surface water drainage and landscaping.
