Ionic Retail Park, Retail Park

Ionic Retail Park is situated on a Brownfield site in the heart of the Black Country.

Works comprised of all mains services being disconnected, a major demolition of the existing buildings, followed by site remediation works.

The buildings consisted of reinforced concrete foundations, structural steel frame, twin skin built up roof and wall cladding and roller shutter sectional doors to form eight new multi-use units in various sizes.

Works included block paviour pedestrian walkways, tarmacadam car parking and roadways, concrete service yards to the rear and soft landscaping works.
