Primark Retail Outlet, Alterations & Extension to Form One Large Unit

This project involved the alteration and extension of two shopping units and a store to create one large unit for Primark. 

Following the strip-out and demolition works, construction began of a new two storey extension to the existing buildings.  Works incorporated structural ground stabilisation, new foundations, steel frame, concrete ground and first floors and single ply insulated metal deck roof. 

External blockwork, feature cladding and all associated finishes were completed to create a developers shell for fit-out by others.  New service cores were formed and associated lift   installations were carried out.

External works including all necessary mechanical and electrical installations, service connections, foul and surface water drainage were all carried out.
