Stourbridge Advanced Technology College, Refurbishment and Three Storey Extension

Works carried out provided a three-storey extension, Reception with atrium and integral lift and staircase providing extensive training space and Administration rooms.

A&H Construction had worked on many projects for Chelsfield Limited at the nearby Merry Hill Shopping Centre.  Knowing of our history and based upon our past performance we were invited to carry out a quick and efficient refurbishment, to the very highest of standards, to form a twenty first century training facility known as Stourbridge ATC (Advanced Technology College).

Works included the realignment of the rear access yards enabling access by industrial vehicles/equipment for use in the training areas where every construction trade could be accommodated.  External works included modified parking provisions and landscaping work.

The project was completed with the minimum of disruption to local businesses, including the adjacent hotel and to the public.
