Westfield Apartments, Apartments

A Joint Venture for the construction of 39 luxury apartments in the centre complex of the Merry Hill Shopping Centre, Brierley Hill.

Part of a £15 million project; the Apartments were constructed adjacent to, and concurrent with the construction of the new multi-storey car park, providing in excess of 1200 car parking spaces, it involved the construction of extensive reinforced concrete walls and other elements that would be part of the finished structure on view to the public.

The Client required that particular regard was given to the quality of the exposed wall, column and soffit finishes, in keeping with the overall image of a modern cCentre. Other finishes included copper cladding, Sto-Render and Kalwall Panel Systems.

The whole works were carried out without disturbance to the regular function of the busy Shopping Centre.
