Project Overview

Design and Construction of a high quality New Headquarters Office and Manufacturing Facility for Bremont Watches totalling 30,500 sqft. Ground Bearing Foundations and Floor Slab Solution. Single Storey Manufacturing, Administration and Display Areas totalling 14,500 sqft and Two Storey Workshop Area totalling 16,000 sqft. Throughout the project a number of Tenant Enhancement Works were instructed comprising full Mechanical and Electrical Installation to the Manufacturing and Workshop Areas, Formation of Walls Dividing Up the Workshop Area, Machine Bases to the Manufacturing Area and Enhancements above CAT A to the Administration Area. External Works comprising Section 278 Works, Access Road, Feature Landscaping and Car Park.
