Project Overview
Refurbishment of the vacated 450,000 sqft Penguin Random House Industrial Unit now referred to as DC1. Strip Out all associated Tenant items, comprising primarily of Racking and Mezzanines. Complete Strip Out and Re-Fit of the Existing Office Areas. Remedials to the Dilapidated Areas of the External Envelope. Cut Edge Corrosion Protection to the Roof Cladding. Replacement of Wall Cladding Panels and Decoration where required. Removal / Infill of all Floor Slab Racking and Mezzanine Bolts along with Complete Floor Slab Polish. Remedials / Repairs to the External Works Area.
