• Design and construction of a cold store warehouse totalling 50,000 sqft. • Alterations and refurbishment of unit 7 comprising replacement roof, creation of roller shutter doorways and alterations to the existing floor. • Design and construction of a 30,000 sqft extension infill between unit 7 and the cash and carry. • Alteration and refurbishment to the cash and carry in 8 phases maintaining continual use comprising replacement roof & façade, feature canopies and finishes. • Security gatehouse with feature roof. • Alterations & extensions to the existing external works.
