Design and Construction of Seven Industrial Units totalling 54,000 sqft (Units 1 to 3 - 30,000 sqft and Units 4 to 7 - 24,000 sqft). Ground Bearing Foundation and Floor Slab Solution. Integral First Floor Offices totalling 9,750 sqft (Units 1 to 3 - 5,000 sqft and Units 4 to 7 - 4,750 sqft). 10 Level Access Doors (Units 1 to 3 - 6 and Units 4 to 7 - 4). External Works comprising S278 Works and Service Yards.
