Design and Construction of Six Industrial Units totalling 277,000 sqft (Unit 1 - 37,000 sqft, Unit 2 - 47,000 sqft, Unit 3 - 27,000 sqft, Unit 4 - 35,000 sqft, Unit 5 - 91,000 sqft and Unit 6 - 40,000 sqft). Extensive Demolition, Drilling & Grouting and Japanese Knotweed Removal, Vibro Stone Column Ground Improvement Foundation and Floor Slab Solution. Integral First and Second Floor Offices totalling 18,000 sqft (Unit 1 - 2,500 sqft, Unit 2 - 3,600 sqft, Unit 3 - 1,500 sqft, Unit 4 - 1,900 sqft, Unit 5 - 6,000 sqft and Unit 6 - 2,500 sqft). 8 Dock Levellers (Unit 2 - 2 and Unit 5 - 6). 18 Level Access Doors (Unit 1 - 4, Unit 2 - 3, Unit 3 - 2, Unit 4 - 3, Unit 5 - 2 and Unit 6 - 4). External Works comprising S278 Works, Access Road, Service Yards and Car Parks.
