Design and Construction of Two Industrial Units totalling 275,000 sqft (Unit 1 - 160,000 sqft and Unit 2 - 115,000 sqft). Precast Concrete Piled Foundations and Floor Slab Solution. Integral Ground and First Floor Offices totalling 33,000 sqft (Unit 1 - 25,000 sqft and Unit 2 - 8,000 sqft). 10 Dock Levellers (Unit 2 - 10) 9 Level Access Doors (Unit 1 - 5 and Unit 2 - 4). Unit 1 sublet to a Tenant additional CAT B works undertaken comprising a 25,000 sqft Mezzanine Fan Deck, Enlarged and CAT B Offices, a Gas Building, Full Fitout of the Production Area including Division Walls, Electrical and Mechanical Installations etc. and a Packaging / Storage Area. External Works comprising S278 Works, Access Road, Service Yards and Car Parks.
