Project Overview

Design and Construction of Three Industrial Units totalling 248,000 sqft (Unit 1 - 83,000 sqft, Unit 2 - 55,000 sqft and Unit 3 - 110,000 sqft). Project undertaken following the administration of Calcroft at the point of two steel frames erected. Integral First and Second Floor Offices totalling 23,000 sqft (Unit 1 - 8,000 sqft, Unit 2 - 5,000 sqft and Unit 3 - 10,000 sqft). 21 Dock Levellers (Unit 1 - 7, Unit 2 - 4 and Unit 3 - 10). 11 Level Access Doors (Unit 1 - 4, Unit 2 - 3 and Unit 3 - 4). External Works comprising Access Road, Service Yards and Car Parks
