Integral Ground, First and Second Floor Offices totalling 14,500 sqft (Unit 6501 - 6,500 sqft and Unit 6502 - 8,000 sqft). 2 Dock Levellers (Unit 6501 - 2). 6 Level Access Doors (Unit 6501 - 2 and Unit 6502 - 4). Unit 6502 sublet to a Tenant additional CAT B works where undertaken including an Overspeed Pit (29m x 12m x 5.2m Deep), several Machine Bases, full Mechanical and Electrical Installation, Test / First Aid / Machine Shop / Toilet / Metrology Pods and CAT B Finishes to the Offices. External Works comprising of Access Road, Service Yards and Car Parks.
