Design and Construction of an Industrial Unit totalling 120,000 sqft (Manufacturing & Distribution Unit - 115,000 sqft and Scrap / Utility Unit - 5,000 sqft). Precast Concrete Piled Foundation and Floor Slab Solution. Integral Ground Floor Offices totalling 1,700 sqft. Manufacturing & Distribution Unit comprising of Four Halls with Three Overhead Cranes. A Slitting Line with 12 metres Deep Pit and Blanking Line with 40 metre Underground Tunnel linked to the Scrap / Utility Unit. 6 Level Access Doors. External Works comprising Service Yard and Car Park.
