Design and Construction of Four Industrial Units totalling 201,000 sqft (Unit 1 - 15,000 sqft, Unit 2 - 44,000f sqft, Unit 3 - 120,000 sqft and Unit 4 - 22,000 sqft). Vibro Stone Column Ground Improvement Foundation and Floor Slab Solution. Integral Ground and First Floor Offices totalling 18,000 sqft (Unit 1 - 2,200 sqft, Unit 2 - 4,400 sqft, Unit 3 - 9,000 sqft and Unit 4 - 2,400 sqft). Phased construction to allow the occupation of Unit 1 prior to the commencement of Unit 4. 12 Dock Levellers (Unit 2 - 2 and Unit 3 - 10). 9 Level Access Doors (Unit 1 - 2, Unit 2 - 2, Unit 3 - 2 and Unit 4 - 3). External Works comprising Section 278 Works, Access Road, Service Yards and Car Parks.
