• Extensive breaking out of existing slabs and service yards. • Design and construction of two distribution / warehouse units totalling 266,200 sqft (unit 1 - 184,000 sqft and unit 2 - 42,200 sqft) • Integral first and second floor offices (unit 1 - 7,500 sqft and unit 2 - 4,100 sqft). • 13 no dock levellers, unit 1 - ten and unit 2 - three. • Service yards and car parks.
