• Design and construction of three distribution units (unit 1 - 73,636 sqft, unit 2 - 73,636 sqft and unit 3 - 50,978 sqft). • Integral first floor and second floor offices (unit 1 - 7,100 sqft, unit 2 - 7,100 sqft and unit 3 - 5,100 sqft). • 14 no dock levellers, unit 1 - five, unit 2 - six and unit 3 - three. • 6 no level access doors, unit 1 - two, unit 2 - two and unit 3 - two. • Access road, service yards and car parks.
