ATP Industries Group Limited, New Warehouse Facility, Cold Storage Area & Extension

Following the acquisition of a former paving facility, ATP Industries appointed A&H Construction as Principal Contractor to redevelop the site thus enabling the relocation from their existing facility.

Located at the Cannock Wood Industrial Estate, works comprised of the following:-

Warehouse Facility 2 & Cold Storage Area

Works commenced with the erection of a steel-framed building upon concrete pad and strip foundations, inclusive of an internal mezzanine, which was built up of reinforced concrete slab on profiled steel decking for office and welfare facilities.  The roof comprised a built up system with internal liner sheet, insulation and outer panels, incorporating triple skin site assembled GRP rooflights.  External walls were constructed using a combination of composite panels and a built-up cladding system, which included steel personnel doors, sectional overhead doors and aluminium windows to the offices.  Internal offices comprised of blockwork walls with a timber roof and all associated services and decorative finishes and fixings.

Extension

Erection of a single storey steel-framed building on concrete pad and strip foundations linked to the existing warehouse.  The roof was constructed of built-up profiled steel panels with fibreglass insulation, incorporating triple skin site assembled GRP translucent rooflights.
